Great video. Really appreciate hearing about your settings and the experience of the day.

I was on that storm near Marana yesterday. I got excellent time lapse of it. I'll be posting it on my channel at some point in the near future.

That was insightful. Just to hear the camera settings is info that helps me a lot as I struggle with underexposed or noisy photos.

It was interesting to hear what settings you use. You may have done this already. Can you show how you plan where you are you are going to chase for storms and bolts? Also one on how to safely chase storms and bolts? You and other Tucson storm chasers make me want to come to Tucson and try my hand at it. I'm from Honolulu. ThAnks for doing this video!

I do the same thing by zooming into a particular area in the scene knowing damn well that your chances are slim to none that a bolt is actually going to land there. But I usually wait until I have several good bolts in my current composition before rolling the dice on a long shot. How many bolts do you need in a picture with the exact same composition anyway? Might as well spin the wheel on a long shot because sometimes you get lucky! You'll have to tell me the hit by lightning story some day. Color me intrigued. I've had them hit near by, but so far dodged the bullet. (knock on wood)

I think I saw you as I drove by yesterday. Pretty storm but stingy on bolts!
