I am a new Realtor, have worked the medical field for the past 30 years. For three months I have never been to a closing , let alone many other scenarios . Nervous about noy knowing what to do. wondering the exact process of the transactions involved from start to closing, or what ever the deal is. Shouldn't I be shadowing an experienced agent, or am I mistaken? If I am mistaken, is there a course or videos that may lead me in the various transaction completions. Appreciate your videos.

I think shadowing an experienced agent and/or having a mentor for your first 3 transactions (minimum) is valuable and important. The agent you shadow doesn't have to be the same agent who is mentoring you, you could shadow to learn more about the client-facing activities and then get guidance from your mentor for composing offers, creating marketing, implementing systems etc. There's just so much to learn that it really helps to have someone to lean on as you're growing your knowledge.
