Great explanation vid. 👍🏻 Just one small complaint; That damned squeaky fibre-tip pen went right through me every time you used it, like someone's finger nails on a chalk-board! 😵🙉 Maybe use a sharpie next time? 🤣

I'm 25 and have high blood pressure where I feel tension everywhere snd my heart beats really hard. It all just started recently and nothing stopped that feeling until I tried Valsartan... I can't seem to figure out what could be causing this because Valsartan makes me feel perfectly normal, while my blood pressure reaches 160 without it...

Same boat here my guy, every detail same, except they put me on lisinopril. Best of luck, sounds like we may be confined to low sodium diets for life :/
@Submersed243 жыл бұрын
@@Alex-xg9xt yeah, I wonder if it's just an intolerance to sodium. Also I started taking more potassium, with supplements of magnesium chloride, cod liver oil, and blackseed oil and it helps a ton. I feel much better, though I'm still on the meds.
@Submersed243 жыл бұрын
@@Alex-xg9xt also, did you check you platelets? Mine are around 100, and my dr thinks it is due to some kind of disease. One day I breathed in a spec and my sinuses became inflamed and I have a stuffy nose and hbp permanently

what if you eat a lot of salt and its already in your blood stream and then you take the ACE inhibitors? does that mean that the salt will not be absorbed and it will excrete through the urine?
@RAO.NUTRITION4 жыл бұрын
I have a doubt. How do ace inhibitors increase risk in COVID 19 patients, when ace inhibitors are supposed to inhibit ACE2. And coronavirus uses ACE2 to enter the cell. Please explain.
@ZeroToFinals4 жыл бұрын
No idea on this one I'm afraid. I'm not sure we know enough yet
@RAO.NUTRITION4 жыл бұрын
@@ZeroToFinals coz ace inhibitors inhibit ace enzyme, not At2 receptors.
@yt92072 жыл бұрын
Interesting.... starting with low Na & BP..... our body system increases BP physiologically, but why ACEI does to block BP.

I used to be thirsty all the time till I just recently started taking an ACE inhibitor, now I'm hardly thirsty at all. I'm assuming this is normal after watching this video.
