..bone broth,Yakhni ,green tea ,salad one can’t eat forever nor stress is manageable ….one can’t avoid especially if you are above sixty….may be good for younger ages…

Khera, tmatar, sabzmirch, piyaz aur band gobhi ki slad bna kar khaen. Alu, roti aur chawal chor den aek mah baid adhi roti khana shuru karenadhi subah aur adhi sham ko. Suba khali pait adha inch adrak ka tukra, aek lemon, adha chamch haldi 5 lahsan k jo, aek chamch zera, do sabz ilaechi, teen long, thora sa podena aur chtki bhar kaloji aur chutki bhar methi dana do kap pani me pkaen jb aek rah jae to chan kar suba khali pait pi len aur sham ko khanai k adha khanta baid pi len. Am, angoor, tarbooz, kela aur nashpati na khaen shogar normal rhegi INSHA ALLAH.Khera 4 se 5 kha saktai hen ye shogar ko kam kartai hen.

What about pre diabetic patients who do not use any medicine or insolin but there is fear of to be diabatis in future. In my case bah1bc 5.6 and fasting Suger 6.15 and random is 8.1 What you suggest for use of your prescribed foods as I am using chaki atta, rice , brown bread, fruit and Less qty of mango, ECT . I will be thankful if you guide on this subject . Thank
