Hey Kristin, love this video, however it seems that all the interviews are always they younger crowd which is great but I’d love to see interviews with single older(over 50) women who travel and how they make money while traveling. Single preferably. Your content is always inspiring!! Thanks for sharing😊

I would also love to see more entrepreneurs and content creators etc That are fifty years of age and older. I'm a 9 to 5 gal right now, but I always see myself on a solo journey in the upcoming years and traveling, but I just don't know where and how to get started.
@JillWhitcomb19668 ай бұрын
In 2017, I sold everything I owned, packed a suitcase, and left the USA for two years. I was 51 years old, divorced many years, and empty nester for years, as well. During that travel time, I hopped around to various countries (8 days here, 3 weeks there, etc) but I also spent 6 solid months in Wales (UK) and three months in Poland. During part of that travel time, I was a university student. So, I was pursuing an online degree via the University of Minnesota, while I was living in Wales, then Poland, and then back home to North Dakota. My only regret? Not doing it sooner.

It's important to remember also, like anyone we don't know how much their partners are earning and if their family helps to support them. For years I thought I had broke friends in my 20s only to learn much later that they had properties so were renting them out while they lived in sharehouses. It's very rare to get the full picture is all I'm saying. Especially with an influencer. But this video is great for inspiration. Thanks for sharing.

Don’t let that stop you from chasing your dreams. ♥️
@SurpriseMeJT7 ай бұрын
There's always a compromise to a lifestyle like this. For example - What is the retirement plan for digital nomads who don't expect a big inheritance? There is no guarantee for any inheritance if you have siblings who are dishonest.
@Ninsidhe4 ай бұрын
@@SurpriseMeJT for many of us out here facing our third act years with no inheritance in sight, there’s no thought of ‘who will fund my dreams for this time of life?’; there’s just *us* and what we create. While I do live in a country that has a disability and aged pension, the rates of these are below the poverty line and this is NOT how I want to live out my third act (and maybe even fourth act/encore years) trying to figure out how to eat, pay bills AND keep a roof over my head. In Australia housing is outrageously expensive and the cost of living is high- I’m taking action now to make sure my future is filled with evolution, health, fun, constant learning, great company, adventure, eyes filled with wonder, art and magic. That’s how I want to live the remaining years of my life. :)

These ladies came from some level of privilege and had some notable level of support. What would really be inspiring is hearing about someone who really dug him or herself into a hole and lost everything, and then rose again like a phoenix , or someone who came from almost absolutely nothing and rose up to this level without winning the lottery or something comparable. That would truly be inspiring to hear! Tons of people can't even cover a $400 ambulance expense in America.
