I love this message, but talking as a family member of someone dealing with OCD, it seems oh so difficult for the person with OCD to advocate for herself and demand results when they've been (should I say) a victim of the talk therapy system for over 10 years. This makes the person question if they even have OCD, and if all the symptoms are simply part of their personality.
