I settle my ADHD Maltese Shih-tzus by playing these episodes... Kevin Gates and Boogie Black voices is calming soothing and settles my furbabies down so much. The little terror even wants to be nice and is cleaning mommy furbaby and being so nice. The atmosphere created is chilled. I know this because as soon as an ad comes on crazy furbaby goes psycho again til ad is finished then the boys voices come back and look I got chilled puppy again. I'm a pet therapist breeder for ex veterans and disabled people I can tell these things with animals and connect with them in ways others can't. To see this ability is amazing guys Ur doing nothing but good so proud of U both and Ur friendship and relationship is inspirational. U had to be told. Lol all the way from Aussie sending love

I actually found out who my true friends were when I stopped drinking to be honest. Nobody invited me anywhere which was wild to me because I can be fun without drinking. But I noticed I was at peace staying home and doing more things with family and my kids. You just have to find a new hobby and friends will come along with that new hobby. Sober free❤

I would like to comment on the Alcohol call, I used to drink like a fish from like 16 to almost 30. But then I decided one day I didn't want to drink anymore. And not only did the alcohol leave my life but a handful of friends left as well. All the sudden nobody wanted to go out nobody wanted to hang out and I didn't feel like going out because I knew I was going to be the sober one in the bunch and it's not fun being the sober one around a bunch of drunk fools LOL

Adopt a rescue dog and spend time w that animal. My friends go out and drink and party, I take my dog to the beach w some kettlebells and tear it up at the beach bro. I have never felt better and I don't drink bc buddy needs to make it home safe
