I am to your way of thinking about the crops we eat. I spent today planting seeds for my spring garden. I will definitely try this recipe! By the way, really enjoy your humor and insights on how to live better. Thanks!

I grew pumpkins for the first time last year. I had a lot of squah bugs with them.

if they were a new crop in that specific place, sometimes it is normal for this to happen. Soil health plays a huge role in the strength and ability of plants to fight pests on their own. Poor soil will not be able to sustain a frail plant. Its to much to write and express in a comment but I would say , look into regenerative agriculture principles and most of you problems will go away in 2 to 5 years as homeostasis will be achieved and life will thrive bellow and above the soil Take care and thanks for watching
