How do I delegate work to my team members? How do I give work to junior members who are going to struggle with it when I know a senior developer can do it well? Also: Don't give someone a complex task to do once, and then 6 months later tell them to do it again. Muscle memory is not burnt in, and its just as hard (almost) the second time.

That's going to be inevitable. Some complex tasks only happen once in a while (renewing SSL certificates, etc.) The solution isn't to not give those out. The solution is for the employee to document how to do them so they don't have to re-learn next time.

The lower the frequency, the longer the documentation should be. Unfortunately also true: the lower the frequency, the higher the tendency to just get it done and forget about it asap ;)

Is there any course that you offer that goes well with the Unity course? also, will you cover backend dev in the unity course or is that another one? When I say backend I mean like playfab or lootlocker one that helps manages users in Unity.

The Game Development Mastercourse will cover the C# code, source control, plus the Unity systems and how to build games. This is foundational training that you can build on in any number of ways. Currently, I do not have content on other tools or systems around Unity. That may change in the future. We will see.

I have been working in software development for a very long time and still doing the same. I am not sure where to direct from here. Shall I do the course for software architecture, AI, Agile, AWS.....??? Technology is constantly evolving, and it can be overwhelming to decide which new topics to pursue courses in. I felt some what stuck.What next??? Can you suggest or create any video on this.

I can't really answer that. It will have to come from you. You have to figure out where your gaps are. Identify the areas you are weak in or the areas that you want to add to your skillset. Then figure out how to fill those gaps. This should be a continual process for the rest of your career.

Hi , i like what you are doing , Please a i have a question , i have a APi that handle generating authentication with jwt access token , and all my logic is in this API , i want to use blazor as frontend with rendermodeAuto, how to use the JWT in this case? for WASM si I have no probleme , but with Blazor RenderModeAutho i am lost Thank you
