My question is I just installed a small fence that opens and closes to my backyard but it keeps sinking into the concrete is it because the mud is not strong enough to hold it or is it we need that polyurethane foam that you're talkin about

Does PolyLevel only work if the concrete sinks? I have a large void under the driveway, but the concrete is not sinking yet. Would I still be able to use it?

PolyLevel can be used to fill that void under your slab, even if it's not sinking yet. Go to www.foundationsupportworks.com/dealers.html to find your nearest dealer and reach out to them to get your free estimate!

Can you use this for a slab foundation addition? The slab isn't 3 ft. It's about 1 ft. And appears to be sinking.

What can you do if Polyleveling doesn't work? I have a sinking slab BUT no void beneath. I called the same people that did the original lift and they said all they are hitting is the old foam thus no void and they can't help. Any ideas anyone?

There are sometimes challenges getting a slab to move either because it's bound by friction to adjacent slabs or structures, or because there aren't enough gaps under the slab for the foam to flow. Despite these challenges, it's rare that they cannot be overcome. An experienced installer can usually find a way to either make some relief cuts to break the friction, or use mechanical lifting devices to pre-lift slab segments in order to create the needed space to get the movement started. The situation you describe doesn't really sound that unusual. It may be worth getting a second opinion.
