Yep! It was only when I started listening to my voice, my inner self, that I could start transforming my life. I started saying no to others, stop people pleasing and start pleasing myself, doing what I want. It’s a process of steps, learning, developing myself and my confidence. Then, I became clear on what I really desire and now I’m living that life, helping others through that process. So sad to see people STUCK! Let’s get people UNSTUCK, if they are ready! Happy journey, fellow youtuber! Love your videos! Rachel Smets

Hello, I did the exercise. I wrote down all the things that came to my mind first, and I felt very excited and happy as I imagine my ideal life. I had epiphanies. Even with my journalism degree, I don't really want to write for others. I've been convincing myself that I should write because this is where I'm good at and this is what I've studied. Because of that, I am miserable now because I feel so lost. Sure, I get the excitement in seeing my name in successful projects or articles. But that's it. I don't live for it. I also realized my true passion is more about beauty and taking care of environment, and I've been alwayss interested in building my own small business on less waste/zero waste natural skincare. And I am so surprised that I've jot down all of these on a paper, and for a moment my dream future has become so clear and simple. Thank you for this, Linda!

ASK YOURSELF: What would my ideal life look like ? If i can have any thing i wanted if i could do anything i wanted ! What you that be ? When i wake up in the morning And i open my eyes What do i see ? What do i feel ? What do i smell ? Who am i with ? Where am i ? What am i experiencing ? Who's around me ? Am i doing ? What am i feeling ? ( the biggest thing ) And littlerly go through your entire day Paint the picture . pain it ! Make it as colorful as you want it describe it in ultimate detail Ask yourself what you would be feeling as if u experience each of these little things that happened through this day ?

This is a very good exercise. I tried visualizing myself with these questions. I realize i want to be my own boss, own a dress shop somewhere i want to retire in the future. I wish my whole family would be in the same city where i would be. That feeling of simple life but at the same time could afford life's basic necessities and could go on vacations without thinking much of expenses and work schedule if it will be approved or not. I don't know how and where to start. I keep on working my regular 9 to 5 job and saving as much as i can but i feel like im wasting my time for not doing what i really want now but at the same time i have to continue to work because i have to make ends meet. Hope you will have an insight with my situation or maybe a lot of people can relate. Thank you Linda. 😊

My dream has always been to be a full time artist. I’m almost 40 now, and never followed my passion because I’ve had it drilled into my head that it wasn’t logical…that I’d starve. When you asked me to paint the picture of how I see myself, what I’d love to be doing…it was just that. I have never been able to figure out what to take after I graduated high school, because an art degree would be useless. I would love some kind of direction but I feel like I’m running out of time to get my life together. 😔

I dig the energy but simply thinking of your ideal life/career is basic (though I do agree not exactly easy). I'd say it's like step 1. Was hoping for something a little bit more in depth. Envisioning ideals can be misleading and confusing. It needs to be checked with a realistic perspective, am i right?
