________________
Are you strong and confident? As a working professional, it’s important for you to look, act and BE self-confident and appear strong when you’re in front others. In this video, I give you all the tips on how to be strong and confident.
Whether you’re in front of your boss/colleagues, going for a job interview or just simply meeting someone for the first time.
Some people can sniff an insecure person who is unsure of themselves from a mile away. It’s an energy that people can sense.
If I asked you, “Be strong and confident…right this instant.”
What would you do? Would you put on a certain facial expression, widen your shoulders, stand up a bit taller?
For most people, that’s what they assume it takes in order to FEEL strong and confident.
“Fake it ’til you make it,” right? Not necessarily.
What if I told you there are things you can do to stir up strength and confidence from within, no matter where you are or what situation you’re in?
And it’s entirely authentic. No faking necessary.
In this video I talk about several ways that allow me to garner up self-confidence and inner strength on demand.
It’s been helpful for me in building my career, and I think this will be helpful to you as well!

in my opinion, she is way better than every single piece of advice I have ever encountered on a LinkedIn feed or shared article, video or website (as it relates to career decisions). she gives practical wisdom to actually practice.

I loved this video! ... a great reminder to stay authentic to yourself and to remember that everyone lives life at their own pace, so comparing yourself to others doesn't do any good anyways. You're voice is really clear and your tone is positive throughout the entire video :) I started by watching your videos on interview questions, and pleasantly then landed on this one, and glad I did, cause I enjoyed what tips you had to offer! I like your little necklace too :) is it a bean?

Thanks for this one Linda. This one is a super relevant one for me. I am continually comparing myself, which holds me back. I have a business background but I am more of a free spirit and creative type - which is not valued in the business space as much as analytical and procedural type of person. But wait, this is me comparing myself again right? Ha

Hi Linda, this is going to sound like a strange question. But, at the times when I'm feeling most heart - centered I often want to do nothing. I just want to relax and take nap. Few things feel important. It's been a conundrum for me because I've often been highly "productive" under high stress and while feeling a bit out of touch with myself. How can I shift that productivity to come from heart- centeredness or calm, rather than being powered by sheer anxiety? Any tips would greatly help! 💃🏻🍀

Linda, you demonstrate your true self and confidence in your talks. It seems genuine and real. It actually is very helpful for those who have the right things and right attitudes and right values but missing the confidence part due to being too harsh on them, looking down on themselves and putting other first and other’s onions first than theirs. Video like this is exactly that can change someone’s mind set and bring out the beautiful person that is hiding within them. Life changing content and the way to put is fabulous. Fantastic job and continue doing this.
