Hello! Comments at the 41:37 mark. I COULD BE WRONG! The yellow strap you're using appears to be undersized. The reason I'm mentioning it is because I was using similar sized (1500 Lbs) straps for my 24HP riding mower (500 Lbs + -) on a 1,000 lbs flatbed trailer. I had to stop suddenly and the inertia snapped the back strap instantly. I had the excess tied to the steering wheel which was the only thing that kept the mower from completely falling off. 1500 Lbs seems to be adequate until it was asked to stop a load, 500 Lbs, at 50 mph.

Hey there! Stumbled upon your channel today and now a new subscriber! We've got our own channel about our off grid adventures! Looking forward to watching your videos and hopefully gain some helpful tips! Curious how far you have to walk/drive in to your cabin? Our main cabin is very close to the road but we are in the process of building more throughout our property. Very exciting! Cheers from near the French River! ✌️🇨🇦💕🍻

Hi City Girl , good to see ya too Russel, Sucks about your generator nothing inexpensive anymore. as is the ATV being back in the shop that but at least it isnt winter. The air force base is called "Canadian Air Force Base Trenton" that's all, My daughter's hubbie is in the army. The museum is pretty cool to tour about. and yes I could see City Girl and yourself in the side by side. wouldnt it be nice in the winter purhapes. That dog looked like a teddy so cute , but so are your two. I believe that huge building could be where they fix the air forces jets and such. the other dog you saw is a boarder collie they chase sheep friend has one their usually hyper. great Video Russell nix mix of thing's . Sorry for rambling lol. Ontario

Hello, Alicia, welcome home, hope you had wonderful travels. Looking forward to hearing about the trip if you do a Coffee Chat and would like to share. Nice that you got the ATV back much sooner this time. It perhaps wasn't as major, but I would stick with those guys on first impressions. Whew, if you had still been there and seen that tree coming, your lives would have flashed before your eyes, eh? If this ever happens to me I hope I see where I left my keys that time. Cuter than Junebug? I doubt it. More likely that Junebug's ear is cuter, and that's just her ear, so...

For my ATV I have winter tires on rims and summer tires on rims. The summers are my old ones so they don’t chew up the trails in the summer and the winters are aggressive for the snow.

Mushroom can & do come up in a day Russell and when you take the beaver dam down leave a battery radio on a metal stake so it deters the beaver for rebuilding straight away,.I saw this when I was in Poland 20ish years ago

How can you say that about your beautiful dogs, that the dog you saw was more beautiful than yours. I know you didn't mean it, you can tell how much you love your dogs. Over here in the UK we call them Border Collies. I looked after one after her owner passed away and they are so loyal. Sadly she is no longer with us but we have lovely memories the time we with her. great seeing city bird again if only for a short time. Take Care, UK

You need a narrow pull cart....that you can navigate on the trail. Be nice to have when your ATV is down. Great for when you and City Girl are hiking and find interesting things on the trail....no fun having to carry everything on your back.

Not real fimilar with the mechanics on those but I am guessing that the noise is from the cv joint or universal joint. This happens on front wheel cars when accelerating and turning at the same time when cv joints need to be replaced.

@scottanderson2980 Жыл бұрын
you should get a plastic drainage tube lay it down over that water spot then dump a bunch of gravel down over the the drainage tube that way the water can drain to the othere side of the trail and you can drive over the gravel

I wish you would let those guys at shop know that you have a health issue. I worry about you all alone out there and one of ya'll falling ill. You need that transportation. That shop does all kinds of things. Don't they offer loaners? You should see if they have a nice used 4 seater for the cabin. That is what you and sweetheart need. Well, it would cause you to widen the path a bit in spots. Glad your girl is back. I liked this video cause you went back and forth in time to show stuff. Oh, and the large building....it's where they house the aliens.

Such a pleasant, peaceful video. Except for that fallen tree, yikes! I have actually thought more than once about all those beavers' teeth and unknowing trees on the verge of crashing while you two and doggos walked among them. Let's hope they will always crash before you cross or after. That, or buy Iron Man helmets with power on full blast... to shoot any dangerous trees into space? Heck, wear the whole suit, and build your own paved highway and bridge to/fro town, then turn all beavers into water-spouting statues after cleaning up the pond to drinkable quality, while completing all your cabin repairs and upgrades in 5 seconds, plus create your own helicopter with landing pad... and and and and... (poof!) Sorry, got lost in daydreams.
