I have to disagree with your point of view on ovulation tracking. I’ve had PCOS for as long as I can remember and to my experience, I always get tested positive even when I don’t ovulate because naturally women with PCOS have higher than normal LH levels so it considered inaccurate and not useful for women with PCOS!

Nice, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
