Can I mix hydroquinone powder with kojic acid powder, to add to my cream? If so then what % should I keep the kojic acid and what % hydroquinone? Also is it OK to dissolve kojic acid dipalmitate in Johnson' Baby Oil, in vegetable oil or even olive oil?

Dear zamzam Abdulkadir, Kojic Acid Dipalmitate (KAD) can tend to form a crystal precipitate in some cosmetic formulations. It is recommended to add Isopropyl Palmitate or Isopropyl Myristate to the oil phase containing KAD and heat to 80°C and hold for 5 minutes until the KAD dissolves completely. Good luck🥰
