Having 4 adults in the house I would hope you could all come up with a way for you to get your “me time” in and squeeze in some workouts in the evening when everyone is at home. Kids go down and you go put your workout clothes on. It’s hard to convince yourself not to workout when you are already dressed for it. Btw Love the kids in their little outfits ❤

Great video. I am 64. My husband and I have been married 46 years. We have 12 children and 48 grandchildren. Blessed. Do not stop at 2. Keep having babies. Hoping you are expecting again. All my children are 12 months all apart.

I watch this and think about my 3 boys... currently 21, 20 and 18. You started way earlier than I did. lol I was 39, 40 and 42 when my boys were all born. It takes a lot of power, but, enjoy every single moment. It goes by so fast... I am missing my littles now... I can't believe they are all adults now. You will look back in a few years and wonder... where did it all go!

You are so amazing, Nave! Love how you love your Boys! I just had an idea. Repetition with unconventional exercise equipment. Maybe when you are outside with the boys, do some step-squats grab a toy in each hand and do arm curls. There are ways to exercise AND be with your boys. In fact, I watch your videos and you are always moving, lifting your babies is the best exercise of all! PLEASE don’t think you are failing in the exercise department. I get what you are saying… just want to put a spin on it. FYI, you got this! YOU ROCK! YOU ARE EPIC! B~}
