Big yes. I have tried hard to stop the flow of my thoughts, but I failed. The moment I gave my mind permission to just work was the moment I experienced silence.

Just a thought. How I observe my meditation is. Just let the thoughts pass. BUT after meditation I journal my thoughts by writing a timeline of when this thought happened and if if was a trauma I’ll write down the year and month and ask myself all similar traumas like this one that happened first and write that timeline down too. And all thought that came up. Later on I’ll do EFT Tapping and tap away the emotions from the trauma. As time goes on most of the more powerful episodes will become less intense and sometimes even hard to recall. After a few months of meditation and followed EFT Tapping. Just small emotional memories pop up during meditation. You can make them less too by EFT Tapping. I hope this helps everyone 😎

Ok, if I let the thoughts come and go.. I tend to travel with the mind and then zap back to awareness. If I’m in awareness, then I’m aware of everything.. the mind, the body, sounds and sensations. How am I suppose to forget body consciousness and get to the zone?

Make your roof brain chatter say Ham as the sound of your in breath divided into ha and Om as you breath in and find two ends to one sound in as HAM is as Ha with Om at the navel at the same time as one in breath sounds like the word ham, Then the out breath is the internal word "SA" that goes out past the navel where the OM ended and out of you O Pen as the ends of Ha and Om have sent breath to out of the body space as "SA" will look for another side to one exhale because one inhale became two sides of itself. This causes "Sa" sent out as exhale to return back into you as "AS" brings gods light back into you as your next inhale is again Ha and Om stand still as one sound in. "Ham sa" means I am that..because AM inside is with as outside as both are the H [heaven in and heaven out at the same place. AM the H with AS the H as heaven. The experience with practice will lead you to no thoughts ..simply because the sound of your natural breath is looking to replace the sound of the words in the head when Ham in is close to what breath sounds like when it is not a word thought of.and sa is two become what the exhale sounds like by itself when the meaning of the word is gone and the sound of ham sa is just the sound that your breath makes all by itself..just there in curved ligh-t where the lie is crossed/
