I’m a brand new subscriber! I’ve never been so excited to find you this evening! I have been in a very hard season and believe in the deepest part of my heart it is because I’m “afraid” I’ve always had bouts of depression and anxiety due to a difficult childhood. In the past years I have lost so many friends due to the division in our country and the idolatry that has become so toxic for me. My God is my life . Jesus the Christ is my world. I’m going to create a journal such as yours begining in the morning as I was praying for our future and the future of my children and grandchildren I was in sobbing tears. I could hardly utter help me father ! I want only to walk like Him and because of the loss of so many wonderful people I have known since college ( 40 years) turning their backs I got so confused and troubled. ( I cried when I watched your video) I had to calm down thank the Lord for you and for leading me to your channel. Thank you for your prayers and I am so greatly grateful to have Him place you in my life . God bless you abundantly! I stand with you in prayer and I pray that I can put my faith in psalms 102 and continue through my journey with praising Him daily instead of being so unhappy with what state our country/ world is in ! I have just found you and I am so glad! I utterly enjoyed the whole video, your heartwarming honesty, your junk journal, and I prayed with you. I am so anxious because of this world, this crazy irresponsible wave of hatret that I hear from the news. Wars, threatenings, countries against countres. I am from Europe from Hungary. My country lost the 2/3rd of its territory in the WWI, I lost my grandfather, and my grandmother suffered immensely in the WWII, and now there is this situation. I just don't understand why people and nations cannot live in peace next to each other. So I understand your feelings and thanks that wonderful idea of reading the psalms and writing them. Eastern Europe has changed so much in the past 100 years. Too much loss. God says many times, “Do not be afraid.” And, “Live peaceably with your neighbor as much as you can.” As much as we can bring his kingdom of heaven of peace to the earth, that’s all we can do. Share our faith. Bring others hope. Love the people God puts in front of us each day. That’s a life of purpose and joy, even through the storms. Yes, it’s like the drone footage view. I can see there’s a problem, but I’m not in the middle of the skirmish with all the emotions. And then I can go into intercessor mode and begin praying for peace and justice. That calls in heaven’s army and THEY put boots on the ground. 🥾🥾

That makes me think of all the different things we pray over where we could devote a small journal to it. Various relationships, health, finances. How cool would it be to pray for a child through the years and then gift that journal to them when they graduate or get married?! So many ideas 💡

I just subscribed and love how you journal on top of the magazine image. I always have trouble with white pens. Any suggestions? Be blessed and don't worry. God's plan is what is important and He will allow into office whomever He needs for His kingdom. His protection and the blood of Jesus is upon us. The only worry I might have is for the non-believers.

Thanks for subscribing! 🥰 To answer your question about white pens, I have a whole slew of ones I’ve tested. Many people swear by the Uniball Signo, but I like the Sakura Gelly Roll 8 or the Posca pens .7mm. I’ll add that to my list of videos to film, but that’s my short answer. Thanks for asking!
