I’m the Old Testament, the Jews needed to sacrifice to atone for there sins. It makes no since that they can just stop for no reason. Unless God came down to earth as a man and became the ultimate sacrifice.

It's a homonym issue. One word has several meanings. In Pro 16:6 substitute Sin for impurity and atone for purged or removed. In Exodus 30:16 the 1st atonement means ransom and the 2nd one means purgation. Numbers 31:50 the word there means to purify. Yom Kippur is called the great Day of Atonement or Purgation according the Jewish Public Society Bible. The TANAKH is what they'd call it. A great resource to use would the Jewish Encyclopedia Online. Good luck my friend.

Do you know what sin sacrifice was in the temple? Do you also know the passover sacrifice is not a sin sacrifice so telling me a jew Jesus is the lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world means nothing to me. Another man cannot be punished for another man's sin nor is human sacrifice legal. Many problems with your gospel than I think you perceive we as jews have without the temple.

You're right another man cannot be punished for another man's sins, but a man born of a virgin, without sin can! The sinless God-man Jesus Christ is a worthy sacrifice that is accepted by God. He was the Jewish messiah prophesied to come throughout the old testament. If you reject this truth then God says in His holy word that He will punish you for eternity in the lake of fire! 1 Peter 1:19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

If Jesus died to pay our sin debt then he would still be dead. Thats the wages for our sins, eternal death. There has never been a blood sacrifice for willful sins for breaking the moral law. Even in the OT. The passover is not a sin offering. Repentance has always been the only sacrifice for wilful sins. As the prodigal son parable shows us. Unfortunately christians were lef into deception because they dont study the OT.
