People bring up Tua’s weapons as a negative, but where were these people his first two years? Parker, Bowden, Ford, Grant, Gaskins…is that even NFL caliber? It’s like he has to have the worst group in the nfl (he still had a winning record with that group) and then gets no leeway. Then he gets good talent and now he blows cause he needs that? You don’t watch dolphins football!😂 Tua first year Ryan Fitzpatrick started until the bye week and was practically undefeated. Then Tua plays one game, does a press conference and says” I thought it would be harder than this” then the rams proceeded to welcome him to the nfl and he eventually got benched. Waddle came the next year and got 1000 yards with the OC job being split between a running back coach and a tight end coach who only cared about their positions succeeding.🤷🏿‍♂️

​​@@EurekaMasterwe were 3-3 when Tua took over. Fitz started 1-2 before evening out the record. Tua then preceeded to win 3 games in a row before being benched against the broncos. Oh and guess what, we still lost that game when Fitz threw an int in the end zone to seal the loss.

If only we had Pat Maholmes who can cover up scheme flaws. McNabb was great but could not get it done with TO (even though he rushed back from an injury) and Brian Westbrook who was extremely underrated! Maholmes this past season just convinced me QB wins are a real thing!

Didnt Burough get injured last 2 years and he won a play off game where the opposition QB went to pieces. Prescott has supposedly had one of the best rosters in the league and has won nothing . Tua is a Top 5 or 6 QB . What other QB could opperate in the time Tua has got to throw the ball . Given a fit O Line with our depth of Wide recievers and Running backs he will be a Top 3 QB.

Didn’t Kyle have Waddle as a roster cornerstone after his first season? I don’t know how Puca Nicua can be an incomplete evaluation after his rookie season. I love Waddle, but Kyle’s Waddle bias is bonkers.

I went through each team. There are at least 16 teams whose qb I would take over Tua. And that was giving the tie to Tua (there were about 5 of those).

@@LockedOnDolphins That's easy. Justin Herbert. Talk about no ceiling! I know there is no way to get him, but we could have just picked him instead of u know who. Chris Grier screwed up mightily. How any talent evaluator could stand those two up next to each other and say, "I think I'll go with the slow, pudgy, weak-armed one", I will never understand. Tua fans will make the argument that Tua has better stats than Herbert the past two years, but that's because he has had a better situation with surrounding talent and coach. If u dropped Herbert into the Dolphins offense with his arm and all that speed around him, it would be unreal... literally. In a year or two, the quick list of top 5 quarterbacks will be Mahomes, Burrow, Josh Allen, Herbert, and Stroud. And we could have had one of them!
