Hi sir ...saw your video...I overhauled the exhibition valve and during function test of opening and closing of the valve after removing air from below the sir cyl spindle is not dropping down fully...it drops a bit when giving air closing ok .. what could be wrong...I overhauled to the best of my knowledge and after reading manual...any suggestions

Thanks for your query sir, Sir we cannot check the valve rotation but we can check the valve opening and closing operation by using the level provided in exhaust valve.

Sry for delayed reply.. Misd out somehw.. It should withstand atleast 25 mins... If not you have to chk seal of air piston or stem.. Hope this reply will satisfy your query

Once you close spring air , the valve must remain close for 30min, is a drop down test (Theoratically) If valve drops...air piston sealing rings leaking
