Hi. So, if the orifice is clogged there is no sealing oil dosed to air cylinder stuffing box. In this case can we expect big hammering noise coming from valve? What is the reason of this hammering?

Hi Manoj ...Firstly thks for watching the video and sharing ur comment.. There is absolutely no need to dismantle the exhaust valve...u can do it in-situ...just stop the main lube oil pp.

Hey sorry for late reply...the oil seal control unit feeds a controlled amount of oil dose to the air cylinder stuffing box.This oil is needed for lubrication of Exhaust vv spindle ,particularly in the portion where there is sealing of Exhaust gases. U can watch my video on ME Engines Exhaust Valve ohaul...u will get an idea of it..Thanks for sharing ur doubt.

Seriously speaking after my experience abt fresh recruites,,,,they adapt themselves in there duties and rank. Only prob is they come to conclusions very fast... My expectations from engine and deck cadets is just speak as less as possible and don't repeat the same mistakes....

Hey hello...thks for watching the video...yes same can b done without dismantling exh vv from engine....just make sure the L.O.PP is stopped and spring air is shut.
