In this week’s video, I use an analogy about fruit flies. The fruit flies signify your sleep issues. How do we get rid of fruit flies? By finding what is causing them to multiply.
It’s a pretty cool analogy, and when you understand it, you’ll understand why all the things you’ve tried haven’t worked. With this new knowledge, you can start your journey to better sleep. 😴
