For good sleep follow these steps. 1) just give stress to physical body through workouts. 2) just read books which gives stress to mind and eye. 3) leave for present day don't waste whole day for tomorrow just invest 5 min or according necessities. 4) don't expect anything from others or any work , just do it you will get result positive only. 5) be happy and confident, don't compare with others.

What I always do is I just make up a story in my mind of something that I really want to happen, and I just close my eyes and imagine everything. It is like dreaming, but you’re awake and you get to choose your dream. Make sure to make it long. About 30-45 minutes, and if it doesn’t work just imagine something new. This always works for me and it makes me fall asleep in like 2 minutes.

If we correct you doesn't mean that your English is bad. Learn some etiquettes first (or not learn if you think you are smart! Be arrogant if you like being!)

A golden tip is to avoid music which contains lyrics/gives you euphoric rush. When people say music helps them fall asleep fast, it doesn't mean music which you'd usually find on reels or that by your favourite band. Distract your mind from consuming thoughts, but not by replacing them with mega eargasms.

I thought I'll die, but i'm ok. I went to the doctor and I'm very ok. But and here is a big "BUT" I do not smoke anymore, I have two weeks and I'm clear and I just drank a little cup of coffee two days ago after a week and half. So if you want, you can do it. P.S.
