Understanding the underlying mechanisms is half the battle Leticia, so I wish you the best of luck with it all! Another remedy which may also be useful to youis one of our Digestive bitters remedies such as our Yarrow complex. This can help to gently stimulate the gastric secretions (which the stress can somewhat diminish!), so you can possibly help target this from the two angles. When I overdue beer or eat spicy I get 3 months of cystitis. Usually aloe vera and chamomille helps.

Yes, there is no cure but you can control it with a diet free of acid and Amino Acid L-ARGININE. it is cheap, has no need of medical prescription, and is HIGHLY EFFECTIVE.
