Hi Painting and Decorating! Thank you so much for putting this video up. I have this same problem to tackle (over the door coat hanging rail) does damage to the door frames. So, now I can fix that problem having seen this video. One question has come to mind with hollow doors...what paint did you put over the door you were working on? I have unsightly veneer that has lifted off in a patches and need tips to rectify and have a hollow door that looks as good as the one featured in your video. Great video! 👍

Thanks.. you can try and cut the veneer and then glue it back before painting.. or cut the loose off fill then paint... oil satinwood is on the door.

Foam to the rescues again I have found that the commercial big canister foam tins are a cheaper option and stay workable for longer you do need the foam cleaner spray what are your thoughts regards s

Hi, not too sure how effective those Rawlplug Uno’s plugs would be in a 35mn hollow core door as they are 36mm long. Fischer UX universal plugs are better as they ball up behind the door skin. A small squirt of 5 minute PU glue will bond most plugs 👍

these plugs can be used in studded walls , .great video though for sure .i had to plug handle on my door other week but i just cut plugs down a bit .

Info on the plastic Rawplug was good but you didn't say anything about the metal door hook which screwed into the Rawplug. Never saw them before -- pity you did not elaborate a little bit more on them.
