Good stuff. I’m 54 and fall in the 99th percentile. Still hit 306 off the T couple times per round. Chris has emailed me a few times regarding employment. I thought I would see what you got !

Great video! I am hitting the gym, working on my mobility and getting fitted clubs. How many workouts, sets and reps would you suggest for a speed training system like the one you have showed ? (Speed sticks-Squared Scoop Toss -Lateral Speed Skaters-Overhead Slams). Thanks for all the precious infos

Enjoying watching your videos. I was surprised at the 25:12 mark that 12 weeks of training only increase clubhead speed by 3-4 mph in juniors and 1mph in seniors. 10 years ago I went through a 12 week period of speed and power training over the winter at age 30 and increased by 10 mph (112 mph to 122 mph). Was in the best shape of my life from that type of high intensity training and got my handicap to an all time low. Now at 40 and being a dad it's a different story...

Thanks Jason! Those are the average numbers and they are skewed down because we included all the golfers that have been training with us for 5+ years as well...obviously they aren't gaining linearly 1mph non stop for 5 years LOL In the initial 12 weeks like what you are talking about, more than those averages is very normal...and expected in many cases!

Hey just suscribed, great video! I noticed I have a problem with hip deficit as I can't move my leg out 40 degrees when sitting. Do you have any tips on improving this? thanks

Lots of good info here - on the hip rotation deficit test (the test I struggled on), what are some exercises or stretches that can help? I am a 46 yo ex-high school/college athlete - and still have a lot of muscle mass (and sadly more fat), but definitely am losing some mobility as I age.
