Check if your pink coolant is leaking around your DC/DC hybrid system where the small resoriver is at. It's hard to see but that's where it joints that breaks around the plastic. Depends on the engine code, I had to replace my DC/DC converter and the coolant resoriver.

Yes, one of the mud guard got stolen while the mechanic parked it on the street not on his driveway. I was very mad at him.

Your Prius may have leaking coolant that messed up your DC/DC converter.

You need to have the key in the key slot before you press power button to go into diagnostic mode.
