Glad you like it: @superfreshgrowers ! And that Aaron took time to answer questions. The warehouse let us know the time our apples were scheduled for grading/packing; so that part was scheduled. The part that wasn’t scheduled was the spontaneous questions while we recorded. It was so spontaneous we weren’t even recording in HD 🤦‍♀️! We now realize video was SD quality. Oh well😆!

Yes, Aaron is definitely top notch, as it started as a pop quiz of sorts, and him giving us the okay to record, and he wasn’t expecting that… though he was informative and ready for us regardless 👍

This is so cool (I love factory tours)! Do they ask the apples for permission to photograph them 100 times? I had no idea that grading was so advanced. Thanks for posting this!

I could see how the latest A.I. software would be doing a fantastic job of grading the fruit. You can probably even talk to it now and it will speak back to you just like ChatGPT 40 !
