Would have been a nice Christmas gift for myself. Now I have to wait for it to be released. I will be getting two of these. Although I don't like the new trend of tempered glass. I never had a problem with acrylic. Love the single 5.25" bay for those of us that still need/use them.

I build a R6 last weekend. With watercooling. I absolutely love the case. In my opinion the metal-color front makes it look professional. The system is very quiet.

Very impressive and versatile case. I would like to see fractal develop a more server oriented case, micro atx case with dual 8 drive columns (total 16x 3.5 hdds), with dual 2.5 SSD mounts on the back. Dual frontal fans 120 or 140 and a 120 on the back. Solid side panel with a moduvent 120 for cooling HBA cards. Solid top, no need for moduvents or support for watercooling, call it the Define Mini S6, if you wish plan a ATX for the future S6 for 2011-3 setups, but personally i find micro atx more convenient with server boards for a house server.

All the complaints about the front panel cover: you can order a custom sticker/cover for the front, from a 3rd party. ed: slickwraps is the vendor I had in mind I am parting out an AMD CPU build and going with this case. Lots of hard drive support and space for a large AIO cooler

I know one of the main points of this case is to quiet the noise produced by a running computer, but I'd like to see a version without a front door all together for the sake of airflow. I actually like the way the front looks without a door on it at all.

R6 XL coming? Just bought a caselabs case over the XL R2 (was really a tough decision).. but if I knew the R6 was coming and the potential of an XL version coming because of it, I would have held off to see if you guys would do one. Would love to see a drive cage option that attaches to the mid-plate and some cage options to be put near the psu if you guys ever do an XL version. Might have to sell my case if you do! Anyways, thanks for doing a storage build; I find it hard to get rid of my sub-1tb drives, so it's nice to see a new case not limit the # of hdd space in their designs.

yeah i think an XL would be nice that way they could add some room to the backside for cable management room, they case is actually really good for the money just a few things that just fall short, a white R6 XL with the bigger backside and change all them fan controls to 4 wire Pwm come on this is 2017 not 2012

Yes, the Define R6 will support a 360mm radiator in the top and still support drives in the included trays. With 11 mounting locations you can reconfigure your drives to suit your build
