That highlander was insane dude.

As a Valk main she needs some minor adjustments I think the comp players got her nerfed too hard, zones basically useless outside of 4's the whiff bash changes did her dirty considering you have to multi step her bash, I feel like her chain pressure needs a buff because getting to that finisher other than bash spamming can be difficult at times and even then she's a one trick pony after awhile

S. My dude. That Highlander came to unga with a side of bunga. Don't need to overthink it =P Well played though. Fun fights to watch.

YES! VALK GAMEPLAYYYYY!!!

Unfortunately he's not too skilled with her and he used basic valk game play without really using her right so it was not all that enjoyable but it was a nice attempt ig

@@Katray... what did I not use right?
@Katray...9 ай бұрын
@@WithOneS her bash, her sweep after bash and her light attacks but you did well with the side dodge attacks but you just didn't use those things enough and mostly focused on using her heavy attacks too often which made her hard to use for you; and you focused too much on "reads" and doing the same moves with her instead of switching it up a bit. Also, using her side lights is very useful against all characters and being more aggressive with the bashes, sweeps and the dodge side lights but not over doing it is what makes her kinda hard to beat. 😎 👍 (I'm not too much of an explainer but ik you didn't have much experience with her but I'm still greatful that you tried to use her bc I like valk gameplay 😂) You also have a really bad habit of always attacking on the left side, it's probably bc you're on mouse and keyboard tho 🤔 Edit (this whole comment was abt the first few matches bc at the end you turned up a fr 😎 👍♥ )

Valk is imo to easy to punish i think they should give her the chain on whiff back

Yah they nerf the crap out of Valk and then made a bunch of other characters strong

Hey S great vid as always! What do you think of the Highlander rework so far? Haven't played the new update and I have heard mixed things about the rework.

I start seething with hatred everytime i see Valkyrie due to the fact i ran into here more than anybody when i first started playing the game. That poke poke sweep nonsense got real old💀

I'm ngl playing as valk it's annoying sometimes how nobody deals with it and you just win, just dodge into it and you get a free light or dodge attack on valk

your biggest fault is that you don't take advantage of Valks 3-combo. Yes, people are expecting 3, but you have the upperhand with direction. You can't play valk like a tank. Stop feinting as much, and start taking full advantage of your light attack's speed. The goal is to get more hits in, not the heaviest. Stay on your toes, stay moving, take advantage when it opens. Parry, parry, parry, I cannot say it enough times, PARRY. Valk is entirely about creating your own pace and letting your opponent walk right into it.
