Hey Ultimate Baseball Training, I was wondering how to get a mindset of how to drive a baseball with power, occasionally I will but I’m just looking for a way to get more force in the baseball. I’m pretty small and seem to make contact with the ball every time I swing, just not a whole lot of power. Thanks so much

I always found at the plate, feet are shoulders width and your back foot on the ball of the foot. You should feel pressure on the rear calf
