"So why not chase being the best ever?!" I think Jason is already there because I'm from Israel and I've been listening and dancing to his music for years now! I guess that means that his impact worldwide is huge. Some of his songs are my favorites ever. His happiest moments have always been in the grind. I honestly think that enjoying our journey in life is more important than the results. Of course his results speak for themselves(!!!) but there's nothing like enjoying our greatest passions and bringing them to fruition as we go through life. I am so looking forward to listening to the full interview on my daily walk. As always, thank you Ed for all you do for the world and for the fantastic SUPER STARS that you bring on your show. Jason, your music is so invigorating and energetic, with the best beat ever! It just explodes when I dance! Thank you for applying your genius and for your master creations!!! #MAXOUT from Israel

Spectacular chat! The “critics” quote is sticking. I have lots-o-critics; been wearing me down again, lately - BUT I’m rethinking the affect I’ve allowed it to have on me. So thank you for that nugget gentlemen! I am a loner within my circles studying inspirational mentors like you both. My people don’t get me at all; they’re still stuck on that treadmill. I believe this yearning in me has led me-hubby into investment property & I’m seeing positive results in my freelance graphics biz… now if I can only get out of my own way… 😊 I’m a work in progress - THANK YOU for your guidance! ❤

I'm particularly fascinated by the concept of success as a lease, and how maintaining it requires ongoing effort. I'm curious to know, how do you anticipate these insights will resonate with aspiring artists and individuals aiming to align their passions with their professions?
@itsme_jervy1404 Жыл бұрын
Jason Derulo is one of my idol and on my opinion, the idea of success being like a lease is like having a backstage pass to the journey of your dreams. Aspiring artists and passion-driven individuals will totally vibe with this because it shifts the focus from just reaching a goal to embracing a dynamic process. It's like turning their creative pursuits into a masterpiece that keeps evolving and thriving - a journey that's both fulfilling and endlessly exciting! 🎨🚀

Your perspective on success being a lease is incredibly thought-provoking! The notion of continual commitment is really engaging. I'm curious, how do you expect these insights to connect with aspiring artists and individuals working to harmonize their passions with their careers? Your thoughts could be a guiding light for them!

Absolutely @itsme_jervy1404! Jason Derulo's comparison of success to a lease and a backstage pass resonates with individuals aspiring for greatness. This analogy emphasizes embracing the evolving journey of growth and creativity rather than fixating on a static goal.

different perspective on "comparison is a lose lose approach", or "I want to be like him/her", or "don't be me, be better than me" and etc. Try to be better than the person who already made it to "the top". I think the key is, learn from others, but don't forget to write your own story. Focus on the process of becoming a better version of yourself than you were yesterday...or your own BEST EVER version. Priceless Ed and Jason. great stuff. Send this to my kids because they listen to Jason's music:)

Ed, our need to be bigger than what we imagine and what it could look like typically stems from insecurities and fear. If the purpose was meant for selfish ambitions, then it would only serve us and not God. Just my thoughts. Ed, the fear of being broke is not healthy at all. God never taught that in his word. It boils down to lack, unworthiness, fear, and doubt.
