The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.
@SeanTalkoff12 күн бұрын
People believe their currency has the worth it does because they have no other option. Even in a hyper inflationary environment, individuals must continue to use their hyper inflationary currency since they likely have minimal access to other currencies or gold/silver coins.
@Tonyrobs212 күн бұрын
Inflation is gradually going to become part of us and due to that fact any money you keep in cash or in a low-interest account declines in value each year. Investing is the only way to make your money grow and unless you have an exceptionally high income, investing is the only way most people will ever have enough money to retire.

It's sad how difficult things have become in the present generation. I was wondering how to utilise some money I had. I used some of it for e-commerce business, but that sank. I'm thinking of how to use what's left to invest, but I don't really know which way to go.
@PhilipDunk15 күн бұрын
I understand how you feel. It's a little bit difficult to navigate things these days. You don't wanna lose whatever is left. I may suggest that you find a financial advisor who could give you thorough advice on how to go if you want to go the investment route. Also, the fact your business failed doesn't mean you should give up.
@PatrickLloyd-15 күн бұрын
That's right. I have tried many failed businesses and it's just a step further. Don't despair. But to add, if you do decide to use a financial advisor, it's best you use someone who understands your special needs and can work with you. I learnt this from experience before finally finding one I can stick with. Now I make six figures from my investments alone, and even more from my businesses.

My first EVER comment on KZbin... I hope Ed personally reads this or hopefully someone from his social media team does... I'm a big fan of Ed Mylett! I've listened to a TON of his podcasts on KZbin and Spotify... BUT ONE THING that frustrates me... and I know it's Not just be me but I believe a large bunch of his followers WILL will agree with is... Ed, is a very successful Multi-Millionaire... he DOESN'T need Extra $ from ADS from uploaded videos or podcasts on different platforms!!! WHY does he (or his social media team) have SOOOOO Many ADVERTISEMENTS Set during his podcasts or videos??? To Me and I bet MANY others agree, It's Extremely Annoying!! No Joke this podcast with Dan Martell, (Big fan of Dan also!) I've literally dealt with 6 Advertisements Interrupting the brilliant knowledge gained from these 2 multi-millionaires' conversation, with stupid Ads in the first 40 mins of the video!!! That's WAAAY To Much To Deal With, Interrupting their conversation and having to Skip Through!!! Ed Mylett is the ONLY one I've run across, and i follow and watch a ton of entrepreneurs, that posts content with an Extreme amount of Ads!! The purpose of uploading videos and content is to gain viewers/followers and have them Follow/Like/Share/Comment from their content! BUT it's NOT to take away from the meaning of the great content to Agitate viewers and Constantly Irritate them with stupid Ads ESPECIALLY Half of them THAT have Ed Mylett in them!!! I'm no social media expert, but with common sense, I'd say the average viewer doesn't want to deal with the SPAM of Ads while watching and spending their Valuable time with someone on KZbin! Don't get me wrong, i agree... there can't be Zero ads, but just a couple is fine during a hour long podcast. I believe, Ed likely has missed out on gaining a ton of more followers as he could of had over the many years because of this terrible Advertisement setup, which serious is annoying to the public that watches and likes him after watching a few mins of his videos! I know I'm just a small voice in a huge sea of millions of his viewers on advice about a large content creator... but I hope I'm not the only one that thinks the same as me about the ridiculous amount of ads to deal with while enjoying his educational/motivational videos! Thanks, Lee
@drmarcobrittonАй бұрын
Hi @TheRealLeeDotson. I used to feel the same way about videos with a lot of ads. Heck, its still annoying to me. However, my perspective has changed over time. What I realize that there is a cost to everything...nothing in life is free. Either you pay with your time, your attention or your money and resources. So, when I think about people like Ed who give "free" content on KZbin I realize that not only is it going to cost me something to watch it (time and attention), but it also costs Ed to make it (video equipment, videographer, sound, lighting, time to prepare, time to record, etc.). Therefore, if he, or his team, wants to recoup some of what they lost by allowing ads and/or doing their own ads, they have full right to do so (even if I don't like it). So, although the ads can be annoying, don't let them steal your attention away from what you need to get from the content...By the way I usually don't comment on KZbin either, but felt led to say this.
@walter_lema29 күн бұрын
No one will pay attention to you, until you pay. Perhaps, ADS, could be a way of paying, before you get paid.. metaphorical speaking..
