Being judged or misunderstood because of your condition can be very common for those living with a non-visible disability. In fact, 65% of neurodivergent people say they've had assumptions and judgements made about their disability throughout their lives. 37% of workers haven't told their employer about their condition with two thirds of UK neurodivergent employees fearing discrimination at work. Christine has revealed that she is petrified of dating and would have to share her condition with her date as they may question her eating habits. Denise feels that if she was looking for a job she probably wouldn't share her condition with the employer. We’ll also be joined by an expert who will be giving her advice on how to talk to your boss about non-visible health conditions.
