Bradon Smith He demonstrated in the movie with the apple that he can turn back time for only certain objects while leaving other stuff uneffected. Of course we are never told explicitly what the consequences of doing that is cuz the warning comes after.

Not just that but time isn't linear, it's not point A to point B and is just rather hard to describe. If he had gone back to fix his hands it would've most likely created his own little seperate timeline that intertwines with the original one. ParallelPain Mordo says something about "creating multiple timelines" and "splintering time" and other similar things when they initially catch Strange using the Eye. I understood from that that the Eye's magic risks permanently damaging the laws of time, creating non-linear progression and multiple alternate timelines that exist simultaneously. Essentially, time would become chaotic and people would go insane, since we ordinarily perceive time in a linear fashion. Of course, Mordo didn't explicitly state this, but it can be reasonably inferred from what he said. Based on this, using the Eye in the way the HISHE suggests would have been courting disaster.

You will have to see a HISHE titled "Villain Pub-The Boss Battle" to understand the joke. Batman breaks into the pub, mops the floor with almost all the male villains, then is overpowered by the female villains (courtesy of Emperor Palpatine). Batman wakes up tied up and being lowered into a tank with Jaws gleefully waiting to eat him. Batman is later in the bar talking to Superman about it but does not tell Superman how exactly he escaped the death trap.
