I thought I was going to learn "How a heat pump works" - as the title suggests - and with a GENUINE reason. Off Grid. Victorian 6 bed house which we only moved in to 8 months ago. Retired (Engineer), looking to reduce costs, and with a massive bonus of a benefit to the environment, instead of which, I get a completely environment orientated video, with no cost / benefit analyses - just percentage data. Guys - suggest you sharpen your skills, and how you represent your content. I genuinely received a Daikin flyer in my mail this morning - and hence I am here now. If you want to sell to me (and most people who are not ex-Greenham common) - you need to stop being fluffy, and talk in hard facts (and cash savings). I am going to go against my all time mantra of disliking a video after the effort of the presenter - and dislike this one. Sorry guys.
