VW! Thanks for responding to my question. This helps quite a bit. Especially as I navigate the EEOC process with my attorney. I’m now 4 months into the investigation process and honesty I just want it to be over. Your channel helps curve my anxiety about all of it. Thanks again.

Sample: I filed a whistleblower, disability harassment and put them on notice for my mental health issues. They failed to process my FMLA which was FMLA inference, did not follow the Ada interactive, and did not offer reasonable accommodations. They immediately moved on pretext to fire. Set deadlines they knew I could not meet. Gave me new assignments with no training and short deadlines. I can prove that I only met deadlines half the time and never written up but after my whistleblower they were suddenly scrutinized. Assigned work that the agency had not performed in would never perform. Call a risk assessment an audit. The whistleblower was notifying of agencies high risk due to policy violations. Whistleblower and harassment allegations were never investigated. Hostile work environment and retaliation and disability discrimination never investigated. The only investigations were for my pretext performance issues. I was so it was capital punishment not at will.

I watched on e yesterday in the uk. It appears that a lot of the laws are similar. I went through an unemployment dispute and I won. My employer did not even bring one piece of evidence to the table. She said My story was more believable than my employer. She also stated that my body language and answers were more believable than my employer. Thank you! Validation

Hi, I am involved in a OSHA whistleblower retaliation investigation. My former employer attorney tried to a Svengali of word play in their position station. I only addressed the issues and a former coworker wrote me a statement that showed bias and I submitted it in my rebuttal. There was no elevator conversation. Well the lawyer for the company decided they needed to do as re rebutal to my answers. What do make of this?

That can be supporting evidence if you otherwise have a claim, but it is not a claim by itself.

Wait Vince: Pretext is not that simple. Can explain how to prove pretext by specific and substantial evidence. Is the Plaintiff' real Burden. We need this answered more importantly. Thanks
