You've probably heard the phrase "retaliation" or "workplace retaliation" in the context of a discussion about employee rights. But you might not understand exactly what that means in a legal sense. I reported a sexual harassment I witnessed on April 29th. Foot got injured on may 9th. Took LOA on June 4 for 4 weeks under doctors orders. Came back on July 5th. Fired on July 8th because they couldn’t accommodate my restrictions for 30 days. And it’s pushing trays that the business accommodate me for 2 weeks. But they put on my separation papers “personal reasons”.

Do some research on the company, sometimes the company as a whole is corrupt. If you start to see the red flags do a daily paper trail dates times.
