Hi Ben! I was watching a YT video by a couple down in Texas. They made a hanging mirror using two way glass and an old monitor. The thing was driven by a Raspberry Pi processor. And, they had links to the software which were in GitHub! So, your posting today was very timely. I am thinking a few months from now, I will give it a shot and make an automated picture frame of our travel pictures. As for this posting, the pace was great, the graphics good. And, from a beginners level it was good but I wanted to know more and was left wanting for more information. I was ready for another 30 minutes. ;o) I think I will be in GitHub at some point to download the various modules and things for this project. Regards, Bill

That’s awesome to hear! I left this out, but because people use GitHub to save their files and free accounts are public, there are thousands upon thousands of projects that you can view or download for free! I’m glad you are still getting something out of these videos since I began this series. Next week is a practice video using GitHub and Git, so I have a little more to say about this topic.

@@neverbenbetter8225 My concerns had to do with whether the user had to remember which things had been updated or not. In my accounting software we had similar issues with data. A record could be downloaded and worked upon by my than one person. If someone made and saved changes, then the other person tried to save back, it knew that changes had been made. As long as the two issues such as one person changing name and the other changing city, they would both save. What I was left wondering was if person A saved and then person B was saving, it seemed they were taking an error but, does it show person B where the issue was or do they have to down load and start over coding on the changed procedure? Hopefully not. Is there anyway to lock out your code so no one can change while you have it checked out? Have you ever coded for a Raspberry Pi processor? Thanks, Bill
