The most important environmental problem facing the planet today is clearly overpopulation. No one really wants to address this for a variety of politically correct reasons but this is the truth. We should immediately establish maximum population density limits and any country exceeding them should be taxed to the extent they exceed them until they reduce their population density to a sane sustainable level.
