I am now in my 2nd month with invisalign. Only the first aligner hurt. After that, no pain while wearing them, but the teeth are more sensitive, so the teeth hurt with hard food, but you get used to it. After the 2nd day I don't notice the new aligners at all and they don't feel tight at all.

It works, but completion time depends on individual cases. Normally, it would not take more than half of year (1 aligner set every week). Although mine is not original Invisalign brand, but local one (Indonesia). Costs much less and much more comfortable than braces. The downside is that it can't cover extreme cases

Its the easiest and painless process to straighten teeth. The only time you feel pain is when you change trays it will be sore for few days with a headache lol 😅 it cost me $10,000

i didn't have any headaches, i never had any pain while wearing the aligners. The only pain I had was the sensitivity of the loosened teeth, which made harder foods difficult to eat, even biting off an apple hurt. But you get used to it after a few weeks, the sensitivity of the teeth remains for the whole treatment

They will give you 17-18 sets if you have bimaxillary protrusion or have messed up teeth you will have to change them after every 15 days and no it's not permanent (actually braces don't fix teeth permanently too). Teeth will gradually move but to prevent that all you have to do is after your teeth are perfectly aligned and stuff you can wear them every night while sleeping and take it off in the morning
