If you it all over your face it is called as closed comedones use salicylic acid facewash and adaplene(differin,retinoid) you will see results in 3 months

Are you sure you have milia? Milia is under the skin and not in a pore. if you can push the white stuff out It’s in a pore so it’s not milia then. Closed comedones get mistaken for milia often. But if it is, Accutane is lightly exfoliating so it might get rid of them overtime but chances are small. and there are better procedures that can get rid of milia fast like by a needle, laser or peels

How do you deal with the skin face rash and dryness during the treatment? Dr says to use sun screen. But that does not seem to suffice to releive the dryness

Yeah how long? You need atleast 4 months to see results. Also you need to cut down if other things that might be causing it. For me eating sugar and dairy was the culprit.
