I can feel experiences and teachings being handpicked for me. I feel so loved and taken care of in the midst of all the chaos which am beginning to see is not really chaos anymore. The more I send a hug to the universe, the more I feel a hug back its as if am sending messages out to myself and recieving them m so much gratitude 🥰🙏

Wow so musc truth in his words ,..Karma is not a punishment and not rigid , it is unconsciousness in our own minds ....Life is a mirror and we see ourself out .....if we are rigid we see rigidity out , if we are forgiving we see forgiveness outside ....but we are not any one thing to cling one ...we are both good and bad depending on the situation we are in and our level of consciousness in that situation at that time.......

Shanthi Medharametla we see the world around us thru glasses coloured by our own karma ! if you think people are dishonest you see many people dishonest around you and then you take this as a confirmation that you are right in your observation .but all this process is an illusion .how and why ?? when you see something outside of you you always make an interpretation of it (actually you have no possibility to know the reality of that thing but only your own opinion or your own version or your own evaluation or interpretation which is necessarily coloured by your karma which is here the karmic belief that people are dishonest then you see what you believe but as you can see now it is not the reality and the conclusion is you are under illusion created by your karma when you are submitted to karma .why the sufferings ? because what you see is distorted and do not correspond to reality and then you will be deceitful and suffer .so this is the operating mode of karmic functioning ! this explains why many people have the same problem popping up again and again even when they change their partner hoping it will be better with another partner !! a very common matter between couples ...
@georgebenichou97276 жыл бұрын
Shanthi Medharametla karma is the manifestations of our programming (conditionings) in our life .it is the harvest of what you have sown ( planted).in the past . it is the universal law of causes and effects .it is the consequences of your past actions .purely scientific and so predictable .it's purpose is not to bother you but it wants to teach you causes and effects so that you will progress and develop more understanding of life to become more spiritual it is your best teacher !! cooperate with it and you will have more inspirations for your betterment .don't be afraid of it . be afraid of ignorance :the greatest killer all over the world the source of all problems for individuals and nations ...

I somewhat agree with Eckhart. There are various degrees of karma that is basically the Law of Attraction, the vibrational choice of a certain frequency - "What you put out is what you receive". Once one becomes aware and aligned with Source then he/she consciously creates karma of high vibration and wonderful potentials. It has a high vibrational frequency that is in concert with the well-being of Source whose mantra is - All is Well, Always.

_ According to Robert Adams' teaching karma exists only for those who believe they are body and mind (i.e. believe in the physical universe). _ Eckhart Tolle hints in the same direction when he says that "you" are the NOW and everything is happening within you (i.e. the entire universe which includes all phenomenon, including people). _ As Eckhart says in this video, as PRESENCE arises, karma eventually subsides. That is because, one might say, "YOU" in that understanding are PRESENCE itself, or the very attention that witnesses phenomena. _ So there are different levels of understanding the words used in spiritual discourse. _ When Tolle and other teachers speak to a general audience they answer questions on a general level of common understanding so as not to confuse those who are not yet ready to take up the spiritual quest seriously. _ As Eckhart often says, the word is not the thing itself, it is a symbol of symbols, a pointer to something beyond conception.

a very clear and understandable explanation of karma specially as it relates fully to unconscious patterns of programmed minds which control our life events and he gives the tools for erasing it and get more freedom from pain and sufferings and greater control of our life by accessing to a higher level of consciousness . beautiful presentation of karma.

Thank-you very much Mr. Tolle for your explanation. Like you, I believe that presence (or grace) allows us to transcend bad Karma. I don't pretend to have a grasp on the finer points of karma, but I do know from experience that grace can lift us out of the darkest of places. I would like to think that a state of grace in one person has a bearing on the world at large.

You have owned an identification with karma and you therefore are "bounded". It is okay (to be bounded) . . . it is what it is; you are what you are; you do what you do. There is nothing wrong with it. Yet if you are seeking to be free, unbounded, then this frame of mind (with karma) is not helping.

Karma, more so than any Eastern spiritual concept, seems to have the most varying definitions depending on who you ask, though based on the Sanskrit etymology of the word, which is 'kri', karma literally means 'doing' or 'action'. Alan Watts defined it as "you are doing what happens to you" whereas Tolle calls it "unconscious conditioning" but I actually think they're both talking about the same thing. Karma is how one's environment, social and physical, can lead us into identifying exclusively with that environment and taking action that stems from it, rather than becoming the 'presence consciousness' as Tolle puts it which is to say detaching our sense of self from these exclusively environmental influences which seep their way into our minds and usually determine who we are. This isn't to say we 'escape karma' in the sense of 'escaping the world' or anything like that - an ascetic misconception - but rather that we escape the mirror of karma that is our minds reflecting the world back at itself. We already are the world - we don't need a mirror to see it. That's not much clearer but hey, that's karma baby!

Karma is the same teaching as "reaping what you sow" "getting what you give" Its a way of keeping people in line or behavior control.However it does not address the root cause of the problem with people and or society which is are own egos. Become aware of the workings of your ego and karma is something you no longer need to worry about...hope this helps..

Yes. Maybe so - I don´t declare to really know; But it means usually that the "positive" things bind you stronger into this world - because you want more of it. Eckhart is trying to explain, that if you wanna be free, some other quality of being has to come in, which is equanimous to both the positive and the negative.

Love and appreciate your teaching, Eckhart. I'm responding to the compilation vid from 2019 however, where comments are turned off. Your view of emotion (as distinct from feelings of compassion, loving kindness or love), while I understand it, seems to imply that passionate emotional expressions by artists would be (your words) " self-indulgence", "drama" or "a way to sense being alive when they are not in Presence". In this idea, I think you are imposing yourself, your rather "cool headed" nature and functioning, on the HOT people of the world. I would suggest that some of the Hot people may ALSO be experiencing enlightened states of consciousness! A world where everyone had your kind of emotionally detached affect would be a far poorer place in my view as would a world without you in it. :-) .

Please pay attention that "karma" discussed here is in its astrological vedic sense (as the lady mentions her Indian background): the soul enters this world to finish the unfinished business from a past life, and therefore the challenges it encounters match whatever it failed to achieve in a past life. Translated for the western audience: we all inherit certain unconsious patterns from our ancestors and in the process of individuation (Jung) / awakening, we free ourselves from them.
@georgebenichou97276 жыл бұрын
tinalilith the law of karma is the scientific law of cause and effect which is in activity everywhere in the world .this law relates to all the energies of the world it is inherent to the process of all interactions of all energies in the world ( the basis is : one energy in contact with another energy will always manifest as a combined energy ) as a consequence in physics in chemistry in biology we have this law of karma in all real sciences which is called by scientists the law of cause and effect .which means that for every cause which interact with another cause there will always be an effect that means a resulting cause .now understand that all the things in the universe are energies = forces = causes .this is how the processes of life go on and keep moving .with all the permanent transformations as results of interactions of innumerable energies or forces . now take the realm of biology in human beings your thoughts (beliefs emotions ideas ) your words your actions are energies or forces will be submitted to the same universal scientific law called also karma .people get mixed up because they don't know much about modern science and it is a big handicap for many spiritual people .karma cannot be avoided it gives rise to life .but there is 2 aspects to it !! the good and bad karma ! so your choice can only be good or bad karma. to know how to behave for good karma just be vigilant and follow this pretty good general law : you shall love your neighbours as yourself .get close to that in your conduct then another law : as you reap so shall you harvest .another law : as you think so shall you be !! for each karmic situation there is a main cause .find it and correct it , either in thinking or in talking or in actions .karma is here to teach you lessons .then if you do this works which is needed anyway you will have more and more good karma and less and less bad karma .as you erase bad karma (agitation) your mind will be clearer because when you are calm your mind see better and so you are more conscious then more peace love harmony and joy and many abilities and talents will appear to you with many blessings and more mastery of your whole life .then you may go and teach others what you know and cooperate consciously with the whole universe in action for better life to all living things and you will know yourself and the Gods....

@pointlesssowhat Don't know that I can clarify it for you but this vid helped me to see how my karma, or 'demons' as negative unconscious content is sometimes called in the West, is entirely 'mechanical' but can be gradually dissolved by 'presence' or 'grace', i.e. a higher function beyond normal thinking/feeling. 'Balance sheet' karma benefits priests and gurus but is to my mind a perversion of the nature of this stuff. Presence or our connection to our higher self takes care it.

According to Hindu scriptures, committing suicide doesn't solve any of the problems that one goes through. There are no shortcuts when it comes to Karma. People who do that, come back to this hell hole and start again from the scratch, so you have to be strong no matter what comes your way and finish your part of the dirty work. In short, it says that the show must go on.....
