The federal government of Pakistan recognizes the need to create an enabling environment where our religious minorities can receive equal access to opportunities. Therefore in 2009 a 5% job quota for religious minorities has been made compulsory, which is applicable to all government institutions, both federal and provincial.
It is our responsibility to make sure this quota is made available and that our religious minorities are made aware of this affirmative action.
