Hey Reuseful do you know if its possible you can adjust the tracking of the sticks on the mower? My mower is pulling left slightly when pushed all the way forward. I found a video on a Ryobi mower but not sure about the greenworks mowers if its possible to take the side plastic covers off to adjust if there is a long bolt to tighten or loosen. I kind of would like to avoid shipping the mower to a service center is all. I have already inflated the tires as they were low on the casters but that did not fix the problem. Thanks!

@@Finger112 I'll look into it, but I don't know off the top of my head.

@@reusefull I am actually going to take the plastic covers off that covers the holes for the stick and see if there is any kind of bolt on it to adjust (I hope there is and it's not a proprietary design that Greenworks has on many of their tools).

@@reusefull Hey Reuseful, just letting you know, I managed to get under the plastic housing on the left stick where the USB ports were to adjust the stick tracking on how far forward you can push them and turns out, you cannot take the whole cover off as there is a cable that cannot be unattached from the USB very easily at all. There is indeed a bolt you can turn that is covered up by the plastic in the same place as many riding mowers have like gas riding mowers expose the tracking bolts on the outside of the mower (its a pretty small bolt done using an Allen wrench to turn it, its pretty tough to turn it by hand). However, I was able to adjust how far forward the left stick would go to being off centered with the right stick by holding up the cover (you also have to unscrew the entire back bin as well to get the plastic housing on the sides off). Unfortunately, this did not fix the pulling to the left issue I am still have when driving on a straight road. I did check the tire pressure already on all wheels two weeks ago and they should be fine, both have the same tire pressure. I wonder if its pulling to the left if the alignment of the caster wheels might be off a bit or one is dragging more left than the other, not sure. Anyway, it doesn't affect me too much for mowing in a smallish yard, but its a pain if I have to drive with it to another house is the issue right now.
