The ICC doesn't have legal authority to indict US citizens. It's part of our written law, and it's not changing. Any country that would like to "insist" we become a signature, will find relations with the US become much, much, MUCH more difficult. So go ahead and make an issue out of this if you wish - see where it gets you.
