Am not a fun of Dr. Besigye; but am pretty sure (Besigye) is one of the very folks in Uganda who know the metacognition of the dictator from the head to toes. Imagine they even shared a woman; can u imagine how much the wife has told the current husband about the dictator! Therefore, combining what Besigye just knew to what the wife told him about the dictator, Besigye knows the dictator thoroughly well like a book any scholar has ever read, mastered!
