I was there. We were all waiting for YG to go up next. I was towards the front at the main stage. We saw the lights of ambulance and police roll up off the main Street adjacent to backstage area where the main stage was. We couldn’t hear any commotion. Everyone was waiting for the show to continue and the people running the concert never made any announcements about anything. We knew something was goin mostly because the police helicopter showed up and kept circling. Then the lights and the helicopter dipped. They started breaking down YG’s set and just playing music on shuffle it seemed like. People jumped on twitter and that’s how word in the crowd started to spread about what was going on. People were already saying he had been killed. A lot of us that found out started to leave the area because we knew the show was over while others stayed waiting. The other second stage was still going at the time when we were walking out because we could hear the music still.

YG clearly had a hand in Drakeo's death 💀 that's why folks waited to YG showed up to start the attack. I feel like Snoop Dogg knew shit was going down and he couldn't stop it that's why he mysteriously begin running late and Snoop ain't never been late to NO show that messes with his bread. He also knew YG and Drakeo were beefing so why would they be booked for the same venue. Drakeo had 1 of his folks there all day it went some no drama at all AS soon as Drakeo pulled up his security was searched and was made to leave weapons behind and told he could only have 6 people with him Drakeo was there to pick up his bread and chill in a secluded area til it was time to perform he was headlining going on last he didn't get 10 mins into the venue before folks popped off with the bullshit more than 60 people came at the (6) of them masked up they was trying to hold they on Drakeo was front lining even Lil folks got knocked down numerous times and got back up they were out numbered period with Police on site doing absolutely nothing Drakeo head don't swivel he focused on what's in front of him he never seen it coming he only got hit 1 time and he didn't feel it instantly he felt his neck wet and he started telling Ralphy one of them niggas just stabbed me it took the ambulance a minute before Police cleared them and a medical team was already there on stand by but Drakeos adrenaline was pumping causing blood to leave his neck quickly how YG folks get they weapons in but they couldn't I think Drakeo became paranoid from being in the whole for a year and he was on that I gotta get them b4 they come at me and he took on the entire Englewood instead of being specific and drinking that lean daily played a part as well as the Police 🚔 who hated Drakeo in Police eyes 👀 YG side and Drakeo side is doing them a favor knocking each other off and leaving more beautiful brown babies to go up without there fathers

Drakeo was targeted by the bloods primarily because he was independent. He was a threat to the program entirely. By him being cosigned, and collaborating with Crips, bloods, took special exception to him. That's why when you hear Kendrick Lamar, using his lingo, and delivery on "Not like us" it's incredibly disrespectful. If Drakeo had achieved more success, he would've inspired more young men in Southern California to go to independent route, signaling and end to blood dominance and programming. Even Kendrick Lamar had to come out of the closet and claim his blood affiliations, which goes against his original perspective on section 80 where he proclaimed his independence. Independence and that environment is extremely rare, and usually results in murder.
