@@akumaking1I mean one of the best things you can do is avoiding sketchy websites and not clicking any links in emails or messages from people you don’t know or even people you do know if you don’t know where they lead. If you do get a link from someone you do know you can try calling them to see, but it’s always better to be cautious. VPNs are decent for accessing content or websites blocked in your region but they don’t really have much in the way of protection on their own. Windows defender is a decent antivirus for personal devices but I would recommend using caution while on any public access WiFi and you should really avoid connecting to any public connections that you can’t verify the source. If you’re a large business (even a medium or small business may want to) or in a high security environment you may want to consider using additional protection or even an outside firm, but even these have issues as we’ve see previously with crowdstrike.

And then we associate a user with them.(The overly simplified explanation) Essentially the problem of how do we track a person between a smartphone a laptop and a desktop which may or may not be all on the same or different networks. If you've solved that problem more or less VPNs aren't going to help much. Beyond disguising the server you're connecting to a VPN doesn't do a ton. It can protect some of your DNS queries as well. But from an encryption standpoint it's just as secure as any website using SSL. Which in today's day and age is almost every website. I had a more detailed version of this but apparently it was too long and disappeared. So this is a shorter version. (Apparently the KZbin comment section here was having technical issues) They really don't do a whole lot. Mostly VPNs were meant for pirates and then dodging geofencing. Then somebody needed to figure out how to sell more and it turns out the general public is a lot larger of addressable market then internet pirates.

Ok, this is my second try at writing this comment, I'm from Colombia, im 32 years old and here is my take on your video. I really appreciate that you included the "La Violencia" times in your video and how you actually related that with the born of the guerrillas and the Current political picture. But! I think you underestimated the Colombian government role in the whole conflict and how some very very rich families have been in power and thus why the Colombian government has always been (until recently) mostly right wing and yes that's counting "Los Liberales". You can get may be 5 of these family trees and see most of high ranking politicians in Colombian history. An member of one of these "distinguished" families is Alvaro Uribe Velez who is awaiting trial for allegedly bribing some ex paramilitarily soldiers on testifying against him on the case for ordering the extra legal killings of AT LEAST 6402 innocent civilians and classified them as FARC members KIA. This is only one of the most important trials against the Colombian government for funding and sometimes ordering the killings of at least of 45% of the civilian casualties from 1985 to 2018 (I'll leave links with the sources). Fun fact: In 1984 an airport used by Pablo Escobar to traffic drugs to the USA was seized by the Policia Nacional and in one of the hangars the found a helicopter with the registration number of HK-2704X that at the time was owned by Alvaro's dad company.¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If you want to see a more human side to this conflict, there's a documentary called "El Testigo" available on Netflix at www.netflix.com/title/81130373. Nice video. As a colombian I just want to add something: First of all, Colombian guerrillas are mostly narcos. The 2016 peace agreement was annexed to the constitution, despite being rejected by the people in a plebiscite. President Santos managed to convince congress and constitutional court to do so ($$$?). Since then, the government cannot attack narco-guerrillas. We are officially a narco-state. Peasants don't want to grow coca, but they are forced to by the drug lords.
@paisasticАй бұрын
Farmers do not want to plant coca, but they are forced to do so by drug traffickers and often find themselves involved in disputes between drug traffickers who want their crops. The subsidies for not planting coca are received by drug traffickers and they go back to planting coca elsewhere. That is not a good solution.

Love your stuff man and please don’t take this as anything besides constructive (at least that is my intent) but the pronunciations in this video are rough. Rough to the point where it distracts from the actual content being shared. As a fellow white dude I get that sometimes we’re not going to nail pronunciations in other languages, but holy cow. Bogota can basically be pronounced phonetically and Medellín is super famous because of Pablo Escobar and his cartel named after the city.
